Sunday PropTech acquires portfolio of eight premium hotels
Sunday PropTech, backed by OYO's parent company PRISM, has successfully acquired a portfolio of eight premium hotels, according to people familiar with the matter. This strategic acquisition highlights the company's focus on expanding its presence in India's premium and mid-premium hospitality markets.
The newly acquired properties will become part of PRISM’s brand ecosystem. These hotels are set to operate under various established brands within the group, including Sunday Hotels and Belvilla, as well as other suitable PRISM-affiliated brands.
Sunday PropTech, also referred to as OYO Assets, continues to prioritize the acquisition and development of premium and mid-premium hotels in India. The move underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening its foothold in the competitive hospitality sector.
